Ezi-SERVOII Plus-E series는 FASTECH의 Closed Loop Stepping Motor Drive/Controller 시스템과 PC/PLC의 표준 Ethernet 통신 네트워크가 결합된 제품 입니다. Ezi-SERVOII Ethernet 제품은 FASTECH의 스텝 모터 시스템과 Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Panasonic등 산업용 서보 모터 시스템과 I/O를 Ethernet network 하에 동시에 제어할 수 있는 solution을 제공 합니다. 모션 보드가 필요치 않고 각 드라이브를 Daisy-Chain으로 연결하여 배선이 감소하여 시스템 원가를 절감할 수 있으며, 1개의 Ethernet port에 최대 254축을 연결하여 제어 할 수 있는 다축제어 시스템 입니다. 특히 PC 사용자를 위한 windows용 Motion Library 및 GUI를 제공하여 사용자의 편의를 극대화 시킨 사용자 친화적인 제품입니다.
Ezi-SPEED is an AC input BLDC motor control system which user can simply connect and operate, and easily control the speed in use. Ezi-SPEED performs vector control by comparing set speed and motor feedback signal, so that even if load changes, it rotates at stable speed from low speed to high speed and speed ripple is less than 0.2%. It also has a high speed ratio (1:80) compared to AC induction motor, so it is suitable for applications requiring constant torque from low speed (50rpm) to high speed (4000rpm). In particular, Ezi-SPEED itself can operate 8 speeds by setting the data without a separate control device.
